• Industrial Hygienist

Seeking an assistant for our Certified Industrial Hygienist, who would work at his direction on a variety of IH tasks including soil and water sampling, Indoor Air Quality testing, mold inspections, Phase I & II property assessments.  This is an excellent opportunity for hands on experience in a growing field.  Candidate should possess a degree in science or engineering or have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.  You will be exposed to writing proposals and reports, as well as preparing boiler plate information for bids and specifications. Must have superior verbal and writing skills!

  • Environmental Account Manager/Senior Project Manager

We are seeking individuals with strong management and people skills to manage multiple EHS accounts in NYC. Successful candidate must be asbestos certified and have experience in managing multiple abatement projects from design to completion.  You will be responsible for writing proposals and reports, as well as preparing boiler plate information for bids and specifications. Must have superior verbal and writing skills!

 

  • Asbestos Inspector/Investigator

We are seeking individuals with strong understanding of building construction and architectural drawings to conduct AHERA inspections and/or asbestos surveys and asbestos abatement designs in conjunction with building demolition/renovation projects in NYC. Strong verbal and writing skills are a must!

  • US EPA Certified Lead Based Paint Inspectors

with certification on RMD-XRF instruments.

Knowledge of Building Systems and components is a must.  Must have superior verbal and writing skills!

  • Technicians

Excellent entry-level positions are available for college graduate and post-graduate students with architectural/civil engineering, geology, biology, public health, environmental science, industrial hygiene or related educational background. Individuals must be highly motivated and willing to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, Holidays) and travel within the NYC metropolitan area. A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required.
